Our menus follow seasonality, intriguing palates with homemade pasta such as Strangozzi alla Spoletina accompanied by black Truffle from Spoleto and Norcia, Pappardelle with wild boar, soups prepared with legumes from Castelluccio di Norcia, platters with local Cheeses and Cured Meats, all seasoned with D.O.P. olive oil from Trevi.
Then again, game, locally produced meats, and to finish delightfully with typical Spoleto desserts such as Crescionda, Attorta, and Sweet Gnocchi.
Rigourously local labels of white and red wines will then accompany the convivial moments, accurately recommended by our sommeliers. During the summer period, our outdoor Terrace will accompany your moments of relaxation amidst the greenery of our garden and the light breeze... An experience that will exalt all the senses.
Our restaurant can accommodate up to 300 people. It is therefore an ideal venue for private and institutional events such as corporate dinners and galas. For romantic dinners for two, we guarantee the best atmosphere typical of a romantic restaurant in Umbria.
