• the data you provide will be used for all purposes concerning the hotel and catering business including the processing of requests for information, the preparation of offers, “packages”, coupons, smart boxes and everything connected with offers commercial;
• only on certain occasions and in any case always subject to the express consent of the interested party, the processing will also concern personal data included in the list of those so-called “Particulars”, that is to say data suitable to reveal racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical convictions, union membership as well as data relating to health, sexual life or sexual orientation of the person;
• the “particulars” data given by you voluntarily communicated will be processed to ensure the correct processing of requests for information and for the formulation of a cost estimate appropriate to the requests. Only in case of actual booking, the “particulars” data supplied by you will be used to perform the service according to the methods communicated (eg for allergic persons, a room without moquet or predisposition of particular menus);
• the data you have provided, including those so-called “particulars”, will be processed for the entire period of validity of the offer submitted following your request and in any case treated in case of actual booking of the stay within the structure. Subsequently, the data will still be stored for requirements related to compliance with laws and regulations;
• your data, if requested by the competent Authorities, may be communicated to them;
• by simple request to the Data Controller, you will be entitled to request access to your personal data and to obtain correction, deletion, limitation of processing or to oppose their treatment, in addition to the right to data portability;
• if you consider violated the rules on the protection of personal data and intend to request a review by the Authority, you will be entitled to file a complaint against the Authority for the protection of personal data.
